Android-O-update-imageGoogle has officially launched the developer preview of Android O 8.0 Oreo. And Android O brings lots of new functionalities to the Android Platform. The developer preview of Android O 8.0 Oreo is only available for Pixel & Nexus Devices. To get this Android O developer preview, you need to install it manually. OTA update along with finalized build of Android O 8.0 Oreo will be officially available from June 2017. When other Android Phones excluding Pixel & Nexus, will be getting Android O 8.0 Oreo update? Let us take a look at list of android phones which will receive Android O update. I am discussing the OTA update of Android O 8.0 Oreo. There are many developers in XDA community, who will be developing custom ROM of Android O 8.0 Oreo.

List of HTC Phones To Get Android O 8.0 Oreo

Only the high-end phones of HTC will be receiving the Android O 8.0 Oreo Update. They have already received Nougat update. HTC smartphones have their own HTC sense UI so Android O will running on top of HTC sense UI in HTC phones.

Xiaomi is slow in updating their android phones to the latest update. Many Xiaomi phones did not receive Android N 7.0 Nougat update. Xiaomi has its own skin of MIUI, so Android O 8.0 Oreo will running on top of MIUI 9. Similar to OnePlus, Xiaomi has a huge community of developers who will be developing Android O 8.0 Custom ROM for Xiaomi Phones.
